any rough template, how to set up line-up?

You can give 1 to 5+ numbers to player to indicate there bowling order, 1 and 2 will open the bowling and rest will follow according to there numbers...

But if you want full control on your bowling innings, than make a post like below...

BALLSBowler 1Bowler 2Bowler 3Bowler 4Bowler 5Bowler 6Bowler 7

61 - 70:left::right:
71 - 80:left::right:
81 - 90:right::left:
91 - 100:left::right:

Each bowler can bowl max 20 balls in a innings... Bowler can bowl 10 balls straight, but he must start the 1st ball of the 10 balls set to complete his 10 balls over... mark {:left:} for first 5 of 10 balls set and mark {:right:} for second set of 10 balls set... mark both { :left: :right: } for full 10 ball over... bowler who bowl second set of { :right: } 10 balls over can't start the new 10 balls set or over... It is a bit complicated method... Easy way to calculate over/balls per bowler is 4 arrows = 20 balls, so make sure bowler have 4 arrow or less, and there must be 2 arrows per 10 ball set...

Let me try in a simple way.

For easy understanding let's consider 10 balls is equal to 1 over.

A bowler can bowl straight 10 balls that is 1-10, 11-20..so on.

A bowler can bowl first 5 or second 5 balls like 1-5, 6-10.

But a bowler cannot bowl 2nd 5 balls and 1st 5 balls in new over. That is he can't bowl 5-10 and 11-15.

For all cases no bowler can bowl consecutive overs.

Sample of RCB bowling (Don't follow in game)
Always the biwler who bowls second 5 can't bowl next 5.

This is not accurate, hope you understood. Messed up with headings.
