Italian Football Thread

You bet! :D

Hopefully is a part of this summer's FIFA Confederations Cup, and not just the World Cup next year.

Haha indeed. Nice siggy btw, Auwais. Love Valeron.

Just sit back and enjoy. :cheers

What a match! Thought we deserved to win considering we absolutely battered Brazil in the second half, and weren't exactly bad in the first half either. Really like it how Prandelli hands out debuts left, right and center to a number of Italians - Cerci was magnificent as an inverted winger on the right. De Sciglio had a slightly disappointing debut, although he looked solid on a number of occasions.

Cracking goal from Super Mario as well.

Neymar absolutely went missing though. No way past Bon Bon or Barzagli! :D

One final request: No more Osvaldo in the National setup ever again, Cesare. Please.

Looks like Italy have some solid strength in depth for the first time in a while.

:lol I saw a video on skysports news where Balotelli walked out past the press crew in just in towel en route to the dressing rooms at the end of the Italy v Brazil game.

Mario the boss!

That would have been a big issue had he stayed in England, glad to see that he doesn't have the British Press on his head a lot nowadays.

balotelli is a lucky, lucky boy. his mixture of insecurity and insanity could easily have lead him down a path to nowhere, but milan was 100% the right move for him. not a bad bit of business for them either, he made neymar look out of his depth.

Don't think anything about him is insecure & insane to be fair. He just a loose kid that just likes to do the odd wild stuff & tends to like have the finer things in life.

Yeah, exactly that. The Press were just dramatizing every single step of his life.

he is a bit mental. even before man city he had a repuation for being a bit out there. Everyone has known he's a milan fan for years because he went on TV wearing his milan kit when he was still at inter.
