where has he indicated this?? will there be fixes for online? as most of the problems exist there... @Dutch
There was a vague reference to “maybe but if so not before end of January” in the context of a “will there be a patch?” some weeks back so I think your comment is somewhat misleading.

Correct. Also given the fact that Ross has clearly stated that their entire focus is on AO Tennis for the next 2 weeks, it would be foolish to expect anything before February!

Then they first have to "Patch" the Tennis , and then you are into March.....
Quite ridiculous to release two titles within 3 months. Specially when one of them is filled with bugs. Not being mean or anything, but he should focus on the game he made first, make sure it is somewhat bug-free (like DBC 14) then start with another title. Now Ashes will be ignored and the focus will be to sell as many games of the new title as possible. Bad planning.

Why don't you make a game company Mr expert .sounds like you'd be bigger than EA with all your knowledge

Patching Tennis is what their focus is for the next two weeks, as per Ross. I am hopeful work on the Ashes can resume early February with steam updates coming by mid-February. But yes, March seems likely for a console patch!

Which game released before ashes or tennis.
The focus should be on ashes first.
As they have already taken the money from us
So rest in peace Ashes.

Ashes released before so the focus should be on ashes first.
Anyways tennis world tour releasing on may 2018.
Manny will be waiting for that and not invest in ao tennis.

Hope ea comes up with ea cricket 2019.
Yesterday ea team visited bcci for license.
They surely going to release if they get bcci license.
If they get it 2019 ea cricket releasing for sure figures crossed.
Atleast we can expect a complete game from them.
Just praying that bcci does not charge too much for ea cricket 2019 to become a reality.
Then we can again expect ashes extended 2019

Ali bro try and understand they may have to collect funds to create ashes patches so ao tennis sales are important so friends let's all buy tennis and fund them support them and help them to create ashes patches.
Or they may realease one cricket game in December 2018.
Called ashes happy Christmas 2018

Apparently EA have plans to have a cricket ground built.

Who no what there doing but look I think there a couple of issues which the frame rate I think people wanting to see online fixed wont happen it just no a huge part of the game

Stats problem still there I see, played 3 t20 games with Royal challengers bangladore, Virat kohli for instance scored 89 over the 3 games, on his earned stats it states 89 runs scored with a high score of 89, played another game it did the same, scored 30 in the next game, he had a high score of 119.

Not sure they have any room left to fit one! :lol

That is the EA Sports building in Burnaby, BC. A suburb of Vancouver.

More to the point is EA would have to either establish a new studio to produce a cricket title, or acquire a studio capable of doing so (BA?) . EA Canada will have their hands full with FIFA and NHL, while Tiburon are busy with NBA and Madden, amongst other lesser titles for both studios. I can't see EA risking any of those 4 franchises for a Cricket game.

HB Studios, who have previously released games for EA Sports (including Cricket), now considered independent though, seem a bit light on, and have recently done a number of golf games as well as the arcade RBI Baseball games, so there's potential there (Cricket 07 is too far in the past to be an indicator they have the expertise to do another cricket game).

As far as I can tell, the two realistic options for an EA cricket game this year or next are:
1) Acquire BA (could explain their aggressive expansion of late, as well as radio silence)
2) Rekindle their love affair with HB Studios (who coincidentally are employing software engineers at the moment)
