Lockdown tournament (SEASON 2 - Updates in first post)

Round 1 games have been very good so far. Really enjoyed watching the ones I could and will definitely be catching up on some of them as I’ve missed some crackers! With regards to the stats sheet, if it’s needed I’ll do my best tomorrow to get it up to speed and see where we are at for the next game if not the latest will be Saturday. Looking forward to the dusty pitch I will arrive at against the P9 Panthers!

I missed your innings, but it seems like my spinners did the damage. What happened? Was it good bowling or poor batting? Or a bit of both?
I think its more of a good bowling as there were some good deliveries that resulted in wickets.[DOUBLEPOST=1588284007][/DOUBLEPOST]@wasteyouryouth

Can we play 3 matches one in each group in a single day rather than playing 3 matches in a single group ?

A day of one-sided matches really. Not a good day for home sides either.

After the temporal vortex stopped play at The Grange, The Glasgow Grubbers couldn't pull off a difficult run chase. Despite the slowest half-century yet from Cheteshwar Pujara.

There was excitement at Old Trafford, although it was a comfortable victory for the Suckers. The spinners having a field day on the grassy top and Dawid Malan then coming agonisingly close to a century before Big Colin de Grandhomme decided to wallop one through Deep Cover.

I was thinking of doing that. Probably for the third and fourth round of matches as I've already done pitch reports for the Group A games. I shall try to do Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then everyone can sort pitches for next week.

Really had great fun watching matches today especially during Pujara innings.
Thanks again for all the amazing work.

Pretty happy with my team's performance after watching the replay stream, commiserations to @Wavelberry.

Might need to promote wade above stoinis. Finch needs to work on his erhm "running between wickets". Patel can just keep doing what he's doing and Finch, please don't bowl Yasir in the second over lol.

Yeah youse did pretty well and even your wickets felt unlucky when we took them. I knew we had to keep you to 160 odd coz my batting can't chase at anything other than 8s.

That Jos Butler wicket didn't really annoy me, that can happen, it was more the shot animation making it look ugly.

I'm more impressed how our clash caused a temporal space/time continuum effect.

Just in case you don’t receive my team changes for the next game here they are. I believe I am against the P9 Panthers away on a dusty bowl so Krunal Pandya is in for Bhuvi Kumar and somehow Curran and Richardson keep their place. Glenn Phillips comes in to open with Short due to his better skills against spin and quicker strike rate then Bavuma. Looking forward to the match!
