Yeah, but I wouldn't mind ignoring c++ unless I really use it.Visual Basic is good for starters, but I would recommend you to switch to C# or C++.

Well i have got to master VB 1st then i will switch to C++ the ,only other programming language i know is BASIC which is quite boring.I cant jump to c++ directly im just 12.
Similar story to me eh? I too started with visual basic at 12. But 2 years later (now) I think that I should have started with C# or C++ as its script too is similar to many languages and would have enabled me to master PHP and JavaScript quicker.

C++ is not a jump, its where you should start. Visual Basic might be the easier programming language, but C++ is the best language to start programming with. Most people start with Visual Basic, because it is easy for developing Windows programs without learning too much, and in a very short amount of time, which is not the case with C++. However, if you are serious about programming, you must invest time in learning C++.

I can make it, but why make it when someone has already made it and has perfected it over the years?
http://www.cplusplus.com looks like a good place for learning C++, but I can't recommend any, as I didn't learn from any particular resource. There are many other resources, which may or may not be better. Search the net, until you find one that suits you.
