PRIZE MONEY DISTRIBUTION!​

Chez and I have agreed on how this season's Prize Money shall be divided!

First off, 60% of the Prize Money shall be kept by Chez, Mani and I. This is in the best interest of the side, as this money will be re-invested into the club (Buying Nats, signing new players, etc.). That means 20% will go to each of Chez, Dr. P and I.

Next, the remaining 40% shall go to you guys!
Based on the number of active members in the squad, each of you shall get a 'Base wage' amount, for simply being a part of the team! This will vary a bit. For example, if there are 13 active players in the team, then each of them shall get 2% of the PM regardless. The remaining 14% will go into the bonuses (as detailed below). If there are only 10 players, then it'll be around 2.5% per head, with 15% to bonuses. The exact values will be announced after the draft and once the squad is finalised. Also, Chez, Dr.P and I do not count as part of the squad for this part, and we do not intend on paying those greedy International players
Therefore, if the base wage is 2% a head, and the total Prize Money we won is 10 mill, each of you will get 200,000 vCash regardless of performance. Not a bad pay day for sitting around and doing nothing!

Now, the bonuses. Each player will receive a bonus in proportion to how much they have posted in the team thread! We would have done the whole sub-forum, but it is easier to count posts in the team thread. Much, much easier.

It'll be calculated with a formula kinda like this one:

No. of posts made by member
---------------------------------- * Bonus Prize Money
Total posts in team thread

Ofcourse, posts by Me, Chez, Dr. P and non-Man D members don't count in this.

So, for eg, you made 50 out of the total of 200 posts made by Man D players in this thread, you shall then recieve 50/200 = 1/4th of the Bonus Prize Money.

We believe this is a fair and just way to divide the Prize Money, and we hope to encourage more activity! You have to post for your pay!
