@abbh-I have released my max. downloads in texpack,they are all useless now.
How exactly are they useless? Texpack files aren't auto installed but you can still replace texpack files with the editor. You can install texpack files with a minimum of 5 clicks and a couple of keypresses as opposed to 4 clicks with the auto import feature.

This is how you can install a texpack mod with the editor.
  1. Click on the address bar.
  2. Paste or type the path to the folder containing the texpack and press the enter key.
  3. Select the texpack to replace and click on the replace button.
  4. Select the texpack from the open file dialog and press on the Open button.

If that makes you sweat, then wait for Kshitiz to develop the mod installer. I've added command line support to the BIG Editor for installing mods with a single click.

Well he has numbered the texpacks so you can't know the adress
 
If you don't know the address you can't import them. Should have atleast included the address in the readme or something.

INSTALLATION
ADBOARDS

2.Go to this location "stadiums\stadium_name\models\stadium_name.model/signage__.dds"
3."stadium_name" refers have the name of stadium,such as sydney,brimingham,etc....... with which you want to replace those adboards.
4.You can replace it with signage 1,2,3 or 4,or in all signage,according to your choice.


STUMP

2.Open location-"AC09/gdata/gdata.wad/global/global.texpack/stump.dds"
3.Replace it with the stumps provided.


ROPE
1.Open Big Editor(Latest One)
2.Open location-"AC09/stadiums/sharedtextures/signage/unlicensed/signage.texpack/rope_signage.dds"(You can even replace it with licensed)
3.Replace it with the rope provided.


PITCHAD
1.Open Big Editor(Latest One)
2.Open location "AC09/cricketgrounds/type__/any_wear/layer02.model/groundsign_01.dds"
3.So far only types of 3 stadiums have been found,so you need to replace one of the 3 types which have bben found.
4.Wear means "pitch_wear",its according to your choice to replace those wears.

no they are not...u can still replace the textures in the form of texpack archives....navigate to the texpack to be replace....click on replace and then replace it

P.S : Already explained by AbBh
