So each team has an even chance? Why do you keep winning?

With clever batting line-up management. The sim keeps track of previous performances so, a good start to a season is necessary. But, if you are loosing consistently than a shake-up is needed in batting and bowling line-up depending on who is averaging how much, who likes to play lots of dot-balls, who's a basher etc. etc. Its something that other teams haven't quite picked up yet, they just go on dropping people if they do not perform.

Mark owns number 11, not many people would volunteer themselves for it so you know he's pretty bad.

I'm a pretty decent batsman as well (in fact my bowling is not so good as much as it is fast) but Chez has been good too so I'm happy to only move one up the order.

Whoah! It's Squiz! Sorry that we delisted you Squizzy, but when we did so, you hadn't been online in about 6 months or something.

Can somebody explain why we picked this idiot? Was he the only one left? Was it either him or Gooner? There has to be some reason

Sure there is, he's an active pure batsman which is exactly what we needed. He might be antagonising at times, but I'm sure that we can all learn to get on, Simbo used to be ridiculously annoying but now we've all grown to love him. Same with cric craze, remember him? Of course no one liked him because he asked us when he'd be in the team EVERY day.

Yep. Its an honour to be part of such a great team! Is it the same attack as those past few championships?

Yeah, only difference since season 1 is Griffo in for BrettLee (not the mod, but the guy who did awesome stories) who left after season 1, and we also had a guy who got banned in season 2. But our opening bowling combo of Mark and I, and the two spinners plus Duff the All-Rounder is exactly the same!

Yeah, the only other difference is that pure players are a lot better than all-rounders, although we are going to try and fix that a bit if possible.

So anyway, let's all get along and get it on in 07/08!

Looking foward to regaining one of the top spots on the posting list. Though with Griffo in the way that might be a bit hard

I once made a mistake of promoting him to no 8 but he got angry and quickly proved that you can have his babies but not no, 11 spot.

Not completely sure, the're a mixed bag last season. In fact we lost few games due to top order followed by lower oder collapses. That's one area Bitters need to work upon is to try and get into a habit of batting for partnerships.
