I need to save up for summer holiday and uni, and without a job I don't get a lot of money coming in. Only that I get off the government for going to college, and even that's not as high as it should be.

Cutting down on video games was the first thing on my list to help start saving.

EMA? I got ?30 a week, and that was way too much. I could afford travel, stuff for college etc. with it.

I've had ?10 a week this year and last despite my step dad not having a job and my mum working part-time for no money. As well as my Dad also losing his job. ?30 would have certainly gone a long way.

So why are you only getting ?10? Surely if your circumstances change - by that I mean your parents, then surely you could claim for more?

But apparently it has to be taken from the tax year before. So even though my parents were earning the amount that should give me ?30 I wasn't allowed it. Very annoying as ?20 more per week would make my life a lot more enjoyable. However, it should hopefully mean I get the full possible grant at uni, if I get there.

They're cheap because they buy them overseas. The only problem with them is that sometimes they can take a while to ship the games.

I got it for 58 because in their emails they have promotions like $2 off.

Yea some of them are real strange prices. Quite a lot of them have two entries, one really expensive, the other cheap.

I like this game. Dont have Xbox 360 or PS3 but outside our school we have a gaming centre. Spent the last few hours of school playing this. Started to get the hang it. Really enjoyable.

The lag I get is annoying. When I host I'm mean at it, but when I'm not, my shots miss, my knives are mis-timed, etc. I got a score of 30-4 in a FFA as host recently, but when I'm not host its more like 30-20 or something.
