Good, ill carry on then.
I didn't lump it in the stories section because i didn't class it as a worthy story, as i am not going into much detail, just keeping things simple.

Thanks for the comments guys. I had a break from the game, but am now ready for another session/s.
In this save, i am rotating my squad, so most players will get games. Somersets youth are crap though, so ill offload them asap.
In my last game i got rid of spurway, but he seems ok so im going to keep him this time. His very aggressive style will be great for the 20-20 competition. Sadly he is currently injured.
Speaking of which, its 20-20 time. My least favourite part of the game. Fact is, i hate seeing my bowlers get carted around, and this is where its most likely to happen. Ill try my best, but i am not bothered about this comp much. I may even rest some of my better players, i want to focus on the other 3 comps. Especially the challenge trophy, still cannot believe i am undefeated, especially considering how close some of the games have been.
Next game, 20-20, at home to Northants. On paper, i should win. A few squad changes expected.

Poor performance from me and the side. A really low total ensured defeat before i even bowled the first ball. No great loss, although i was a little disappointed by the display of the team.

A rather painful game to watch. Not sure how i managed to win this really, but ill take it. Good performances from Munday, Banks and Turner with the ball made the difference i guess. Conditions were cloudy, which made scoring tough.

Result
One of those games, if you lose the toss, you know your up to it in your eyeballs. So glad to have won the toss, i took full advantage of the situation as well. Bowled seam for the first 16 overs, and finished the tail off with spin. Worked perfectly today, my half a star side beat a 4 star side, gotta be happy with that.

A good victory for Glamorgan. Jones went for 14 off his first over, that hurt. Watkins knock of 51 effectively took the game away from me. Although, at one stage it looked like i may chase it down.

Well, i can thank my bowlers for winning me this game. After a slow start a constant flow of wickets ensured i could keel their total low. Byrne, also top scored on debut, although i am not sure if his batting style is best suited to the shortest form of the game. He looks to have a bright future in the game though i think.

A home game against Gloucs. Pretty even on paper, even with my half a star team on show.
: Seamers pitch selected, i think gloucs like the spinners, so a tactical decision on that one. Parsons comes in for Hildreth, to boost the seam bowling front.

A good performance, although my batting still worries me with my selected players. Francis however was excellent, and did a good job of setting up the game for the bowlers. Munday, again was deadly, and keeps staking his claim for a more regular starting position.

Now i face a three day friendly game against South Africa, great i get to be the whipping boys. Hopefully i can put a few of their batsmen out of form though before the test series with England.

Well, i can thank my bowlers for winning me this game. After a slow start a constant flow of wickets ensured i could keel their total low. Well this is it, the game i have been waiting for. The semi final away to Warwickshire. They have the better side on paper, but my form in this competition has been outstanding. I hope i can continue it after the annoyance of the 20-20 series. The toss could be crucial.

Any chance of a look at the tables? Mixed results really, although going well in the FTP and hopefully beating Notts in the final. Following closely, especially as Somerset are my team...
Yeah, ill add them to this post shortly. Somerset have a pretty good one day side, the first class side are seriously lacking though i feel.
County Championship Table.
No playing Kent in a 4 day game at Taunton.

An excellent all round performance from the side saw us emerge victorious against a strong kent side. Think i may be Kent's bogey team having beaten them a lot this season. 22 points moves me just out of relegation, although more performances like this are needed to keep the wolves from the door. 2 players made their debut's and both put it excellent performances. Byrne made his maiden century in his first game, maybe he writes his own scripts. Swanton played a swashbuckling knock too and was unlucky not to reach three figures. And blackwell capped off a fine batting day by also scoring a century.
On the bowling front i made a great start Walker got his head down and was joined by V'arsveld, but Munday ripped through the upper order with 3 wickets. Late resistance from Arafat, Jones and a blazing knock from Mahmood ensured that Kent didn't disgrace themselves.
I enforced the follow on, and bingo, a shocking pitch means the cpu batsmen play like god's. :boxing In very cloudy conditions. Very odd indeed, however my patience with the seamers paid off and once Denly Walker and V'arsveld all fell victory came easy. Great knocks from those players, in particular Denly.
Little trouble to knock off the runs, as Kent were on the defensive.

A good all round performance. Was happy with my batting score, although i can partly thank that to a blazing 61 from Omari Banks off 30 odd balls. Collingwood fought hard for Durham, but was a lone trooper in the quest for the chase. Only benkenstein made a score of any note. Good bowling from Banks too, a easy MOTM performance.
