That's the first thing that has struck my mind seeing that sig!

Work on them navvin, you'll get to a better world in graphics..

Yuvraj one is bad.The text is very large.The render is plain.Though the background is O.K
Overall : 4/10
tip : add some render effects.Try to add more textures to the bakground.Make text small.

Bolt one is a bit better.Its good to see that you are adding some render effects.Background is bad.Text is bad.
Overall: 5/10
tip: place the render properly & add some renders to the background.

Overall tip : Try using some light textures also make the text small.Add borders to your work.

Dont take these comments in a bad way.Try improving on these aspects & then you'll surely improve a lot.

A doubt:

How to change the back ground of a pic to one color?

For Eg: this pic:

It can be done using coloring if you want to do a manip.
steps :
1. Create a new layyer (ctr+shft+n)
2. Fill it with color you want.
3. Lowers it opacity to 10-20%

Or

You can even do it, by cutting it & then making the background transparent.
