newzealand showed a poor performance against africa below the expectations good for pakistan and srilanka they will face newzealand team which is out of foam now and i thing that pakistan and srilanka will ake it to the semi finals from this group

We weren't poor at all, our bowling/fielding was awesome, and if McCullum and Taylor had played aggressively we would of won easily.

We will smash Pakistan.

It depends on how well we play the Pakistan spinners, and of course if we have a fully fit team. But New Zealand wasn't poor, they bowled and fielded really well.

Firstly where not a mediocre side. Nearly almost all tournaments we have gotten to the semi final stages but just have not progressed further. Mediocre sides dont get that far!

Secondly I don’t know if you watched the match but our bowling/fielding was excellent the batting let us down. So bringing Bond back will not strengthen the batting will it? Bond definitely wont come. He might not even get a New Zealand central contract. So drop all speculation about him.

when was the last time NZ won a match convincingly and you could say that "these guys are going to win the next match as well surely!"??
was it against BAN?not really because they beat us in their backyard last year in the first ODI.
i did watch the match mate!(i don't miss any of their matches for unknown reasons.may be because i like their kit)

really mate! the batting is average if not below it but the bowling is pathetic with out dan vettori.you will see that in the super8 stage i believe.
the batting is average like any other NZ side in the past but certainly not poor.i think mccullum batted really well yesterday with some rare class which none of the kiwi batsmen possess.

remember what dale steyn said when he was in australia? "getting wickets against BAN,ZIM or NZ isn't a big deal.i would rather like to get them against sides like eng,ind and aus"
now they have sri lanka and pakistan to deal with.
i think the kiwis will get hunted down very badly.even if dan returns.

You sound more anti New Zealand than a supporter! New Zealand has won many matches convincingly. I suggest you go on cricinfo and check some stats!

You sound like someone that has never watched 20/20 cricket before. 128 is nowhere near a good score and you’re obviously blind if you think New Zealand bowled poor.

Who do you really support because your not a NZ supporter! What NZ supporter would have that Display picture?

That post was pretty ridiculous, the reason RSA's batting didn't click was because NZ's bowling was better and they couldn't get momentum.

I know i sounded harsh,but this is tough love i guess.those guys couldn't get the simple job done yesterday and it really upset me.when was the last time mr.big jake didn't let us down? Just changed my avtaar as an aftermath of their performance yesterday with the bat.i hope they do well and hopefully beat ireland tomorrow.

I think the replacements have to play the same role. Meaning an all rounder for an all rounder, which is why Abdul Razzaq was replaced for Yasir Arafat.

If NZ have an injured bowler, then they can replace him with Bond.

Makes no sense to me. If he is free from his ICL contract then he should come over. Roles shouldn't come into it.
