Dude you got to understand that not every one is at their mid teenage years in here,They got jobs and wifes and kids to take care of and playing one game for 4 hours bowling and batting takes alot of time which some people in here doesnt have that time to play the game fully meaning batting 50 overs and bowling 50 overs =100 overs, and If you follow test cricket closely you would see how long it takes to full fill those 100 overs.
And are these people incapable of using save games?

My only comment on this is that Swordfish must be very confident that bowling on the hard level is just that - hard

If it isn't and you can bowl Australia consistently out for less than 100 each time for example, then lack of autoplay means you won't be playing the game for long, unless you like easy wins all the time

I obviously hope the above scenario is incorrect and the hard level will prove very challenging

Yes They are,Meaning you really have to finish 50 overs bowling, 50 overs batting, despite of having save games.

Are you saying you never finish a game? If so why not take the advice on here and just play a Twenty20 game

I will go with 10 overs each side rather then Twenty20,bowling 20 overs also takes time :D

So you're saying that these people, who don't have enough time to play a full match, are incapable of doing something as simple as saving a game?

Who is not capable of saving a game,What I am saying is even though we have save games It is not going to prevent as from playing a 5 hour match,Save games isn't going to prevent you from bowling 50 overs or batting 50 overs,

Some people want to autoplay the game until the 40th over then bowl from then, assume if you dont have autoplay you will have to bowl all complete 50 overs even though If you have save games.

For examples I wont able to do this,
Bowling The first 10 overs completely Then Saving The game,Taking a break.

play The game once again upto 30 over then saving the game,Assume having a busy work.

coming back again bowling from 30 over to 50 over,

That is alot plus batting all 50 overs.

Andrew, we know how to save games but you are missing the point man. There are some people out here who find it boring to bowl dude. Some don't have the patience. Is it that hard to understand?? An autoplay feature is for us the lazy people as you may call it or people who play half games if want to call it or anything else you wanna call us. And with an autoplay option we can skip bowling and only bat. However, you great people can play the complete game and not use autoplay feature. By not introducing the autoplay feature which is not a hard thing to implement, codies have discouraged people like me from buying BLIC. How else can I explain you? I am sure you are going to ask another sarcastic question as your response to this post but I have tried to explain the situation to you. If even this does not give you an idea of our situation then I give up dude.

And what's all the advise about playing Twenty20?? Hell no, I want to play a 50 over match or Test match but only batting!! Cut the Twenty20 advise please!

ok buddy here is some advice for ya..i was also a autoplay freak like u...in cricket 2004 i used to bat only and autoplay the bowling but guess what in blic 2005 they have the best bowling variation and control ....and thats y they did not implement the autplay so that we can enjoy the bowling....trust me man when we will play the full game it will be rly fun to bowl and get out ponting ,tendulkar or say Ashraful.....just imagine u r the fast bowler and u knock the stump off and Tendulkar is walking back to dressing room...i m sure u will be loving it...i think the problem is u and others (who want autoplay) r judging the game is aspect of cricket 2004's crappy bowling...just be patience mate..dont be angry with me buddy...just trying to help u guys...hope it helps....thanks everyone...

i agree here. The only reason i used autoplay in cric 2004 was because it was too easy to bowl cpu out. And i don't know about you guys but i like chasing down big targets, especially in tests and bowling for the computer to make runs is incredibly boring. I am yet to play the demo so i cannot comment on the bowling but i hope that cpu can get big scores while still making the bowling fun.

Steppie,It is not about how fun the bowling is,It is about not having enough time to finish the 50 over game.

But why must you finish the game in one day??

If it takes 2 weeks, then so be it... what harm does it do?

i'd rather play 1 full test, bowling and all over a week then 5 tests where i just bat.

im glad there is no auto play, autoplay is something introduced when they aint confident that the bowling is any fun

So you mean in order to get a result,You really have to play the whole 50 over batting and 50 over bowling?
