before this becomes an anti umpire argument, can i just say that umpires arent going to see every no ball (im guessing it was a foot no ball), they miss them all the time they just dont show you the ones that arent called no balls so how can we tell.

I had a feeling that something like that would happen. I thought it would be a good idea to bring Lee on to get rid of Dhoni between overs 35-40 because Dhoni would be looking to get a move on and try to play some rash shots, except I was thinking Lee would bowl fast and full until Dhoni opened the gate or got an edge.
