Pakistan in South Africa

compared to the bowling from 10 years ago till this season you bet

mcgrath and warne retiring and pieterson played against them at the end of their careers,

Yeah and I suppose Ntini, Asif, Clark, Lee, Malinga, Akhtar, etc are easy to score runs off then?

pieterson wouldnt have made half the runs hes made now had he played international cricket 7-8 years ago

That's a very transparent view from you, although I come to expect it really.

By that logic neither would Yousuf or Ponting.

And yet no one 7-8 years ago took to McGrath like Pietersen did?
Pakistan has a really strong bowling lineup so does South Africa but yet Pietersen still made tons in atleast one form of the game against both of them.
You're probably trying to suggest that Wasim & Waqar would've owned him. May I remind you what Andrew Symonds did to both of them in that World Cup? Just imigane what Pietersen would do.

wasim and waqar were at the end of their careers back then

if you remember they only played a couple of matches more
and if you think about it 2003 was the year when the bowling in the world started going down in qualityuntil now

just a handful of 90's players remaining

I agree Ben, you can't just say 'Well Pietersen wouldn't get any runs against W&W' because you can say the same thing about how would Lara fair against Thomson and Lilee?

Good to see AB fighting it out. I hope Smith & AB can build a really large foundation and get themselves back into form.

AND JUST AS I SPEAK!

Sami bowling in the mid 140s but cant get 2 balls to drop on the same spot.
He's bowled some good stuff in this match. Give credit where its due. Asif taking Smith before lunch puts Pakistan ahead IMO.

Pakistan are fighting back much better than India did when they were behind. Good partnership for the last wicket there. Inzi looked in ominous form out there.

what a great wicket ball by Asif. he learnt all he knows at Leicestershire

it was a joke! do you have to put a smiley next to everything for people to understand what you mean!

I'm afraid so Fox. It's sad but for people like Gambino, you just have to.

need reading lessons?

whats the first sentence in my post?

The first sentence in your post is a sarcastic dig at Fox. If you hadn't have included the second sentence i'd have believed you were joking but as usual, anything remotley anti-Pakistan has to be reacted upon angrily by you doesn't it?
