Pakistan in South Africa

oh please
rankings dont tell the full story
right now england arent even in the top 5 in the world,
on current form south africa/pakistan are number 2 sides for sure.

both sides when at full strength would give each other a very stern test and would beat any other team in the world bar the aussies comprehensively.
fact that south africa were and pakistan wasnt at full strength on this tour you could say pakistan were number 2 but we couldnt see that so we cant say for sure.

they may be very low in the rankings but thats due to the beatings they got from australia last year

i refer you all to the quoted post and the highlighted bit

on current form england would struggle to give bangladesh a good game

Isn't that the team who we beat by an innings twice in 2005?

Oh wait a minute you must be talking about ODIs right? If so then you have completely strayed away from your original argument, which wouldn't be for the first time.

do you know the meaning of "CURRENT FORM"?

i have already said england were no 2 and like you said "IN 2005"

On current form in the Test arena we would hammer Bangladesh. On current form in ODI's we would still beat Bangladesh. What's your point?

well i dont know about you guys but i cant wait to see what Afridi does in his return, if he does good or not it will definately create some arguments on here.

even if afridi does fail we will still see some fireworks
a team with imran nazir, shahid afridi, shoaib malik and abdul razzaq is the most explosive team in the world anyday
at least 1 of them will fire in every match.
but 1 match im looking forward to is the 20/20 international.
imran nazir holds the world record for the fastest 50 in 20/20 domestic which is off 14 balls

sa are resting all the good players fort he 20/20 apart from pollock
all the pakistani batsmen have to do is see of pollock and then run amok
and that man telemachus is playing the 20/20 too

20/20 is 4 hours away
cant wait to see pakistans batting

if they take this squad to world cup with addition of shoaib and gul pakistan will surely be the most explosive team on display

question about the backup keeper, in his profile it says that he is 44 years old. i thought this was a young guy that played in the last under 19 world cup for pakistan.
