Australia rarely struggles to get to 200,even whenthey are 5/87 they end up fighting back and making 280!

Australia also struggle to score but everytime one batsman plays well and gets them in a winning position.

Do u remember the two matches in the world cup 2003 when australia struggled one was against PAK where A.Symonds who was out of form at that time scored a century and AUS won and against NZ when AUS had lost some 7 wickets inside 100 runs A.BICKEL scored 50 and AUS won. AUS have a great TEAMSPIRIT.

The fact that they *almost* chased 350 runs successfully shows that the pitch was a batting paradise. Where else are you going to see a match where almost 700 runs are scored? The truth is that most of the ODI pitches were too flat to really allow us to judge the batting form of either team.

Pakistan have bowled exceptionally well, considering they are still to find a lethal duo like Wasim/Waqar and control an immature Shoaib Akhtar.

one fact we all need to agree is that to play like AUS u need to have 11 players which has a combination of some great players and some real good players, other teams dont have both at their disposal either some have have real good players like NZ they miss a guy like sachin or warne and some team have great players but dont have the other as good they has to be thats why no team can match the aussies

In 2000,Where three teams took place zimbabwe,Pakistan,West Indies,Where west indies won 4 games where pakistan only managed to win 2 games againts west indies,but The bowling line up was strong at that time,Rose,Mclean,King,etc,

West Indies might able to win a match just get their confidence back,But Brian lara isnt there to support them,and that is a shame to see a world class player not playing to help his team win matches,because of that I nominate Sachin as the world best batsman

Any of the top teams of the world could have gotten close to that target on that pitch. Pakistan are definitely one of the top ODI teams so they are just one more in the bunch. It wasn't even a day-nighter. But they haven't yet been able to get their bowling and batting working together.
