He bowled well, but unlike before didn't get as many wickets. His economy rate for last year was the lowest for any year of his career, but he's averaging 39 since 2019.

Yes, it is true. England is touring for 2 T20Is this year before the WC in October. They will come again next year in October 2022 for 5 ODIs and then 3 Tests in Nov-Dec.
