Lol, Maybe you missed Pakistan's bowling.We would've won by a better margin if it wasn't for our fielding..

PAK batting has always been an issue, but their bowling balance which has always been reliable has lost some obvious potency with Ajmal/Hafeez bans and Junaid injured.

Hafeez also not being their to open affects the top order stability somewhat. Not sure why Jamsheed was picked though, he has been poor for so long - someone like Fawad Alam should be there. Sarfraz Ahmed also too good a player not to be starting really.

Wrong selection of final 11 is causing us to play with defensive mindset. Jamshed is a walking wicket and the worst fielder of all-time, don't know why team management selected him as replacement when they could easily select a young opener like Sami Aslam or Imam-ul-haq. Fawad and Sarfraz both deserved to play this Worldcup but this is an old continuous story of Pakistan cricket, they never select players on merit.

Great to see Pakistan back on the winning track but the problem is, Akmal still isn't a solid keeper, the fielding is still borderline mediocre and the batting is still as fragile as a china doll. Bring Shah in, bring in Sarfraz as keeper/opener and get rid of Jamsehd who is a liability in all departments.

Keep the same side, give more chance to Jamshed, he was out coz his bat was broken while he play bottom hand shot, look at dhawan,india keep him despite his failure, he is number one now.Do not bring shah back just keep him 12th. Man ,his type bowling too good in test matches only on subcontinent.

Congratulation to shahid Afridi on completing 8000 runs in ODI,he need only few more wits. To reach 400.
He is back in form yesterday vs Zimbabwean, 10 overs 31 runs and 2 wits and 7 ball 21 runs
.march first is afridis birthday, he was out for duck in last match so AKRAM expect afridi instead of umer to bat upper number
Pakistan might reach over 348 if he was send ahead of umer,I support Pakistan for NRR race with others.

THIS is what the man is capable of, when he plays in a batting lineup that doesn't disintegrate at the drop of a pin. Sad to see a player of his calibre and talent berated by a section of Pakistani fans and media

Its better to give chance to Younis or Sarfaraz rather than Jamshed! ok leave Jamshed batting have a look at his fielding!

you need specialist opening batsman , sarfaraz and unis lost confidance to play in odi other than asia.

Its not entirely World Cup related but I wondered what the Pakistani fans here think of this proposition?

I doubt it will happen because its been talked about for years but never happened, but if it did it would do wonders for both Pakistani and Irish cricket - Pakistan actually would have a home series; and Ireland would get a proper bilateral tour. Would be very competitive as well: just look at that pre-Champions Trophy tour!

e: although its something that really only should happen if its 100% safe for the Irish; which I'm not convinced it is at the moment. Perhaps in a few years, who knows...

We also want to see more of Ind vs Pak series but you know the security reasons wont let it happen.
