Pakistan tour of Australia and New Zealand 2023/24

The Marsh dropped proved costly. Well Pakistan almost had it.

Jamal and Hasan Ali are almost opposites — Jamal has this huge load up, brings down the front leg and arm with such force. Meanwhile Hasan bowls almost straight on and retains a lot of his momentum in the follow through. Jamal relies on generating pace when releasing, while Hasan is more rythmic.
Comparing that to when Hamza comes around the wicket, it's much like Hasan but with a gentler run up, except he cocks his bowling arm so very far back.

Another one?

Or it was Shafique earlier one?
The earlier one. They would be 5 down and under tremendous pressure. Marsh now has counter attacked and released all pressure. 200+ will be difficult with Aussies bowling lineup.

Test cricket however at its best and fun.

Quite frustrating that they’ve let this one slip away to MMarsh out of all players.

I like test cricket in Australia. Every morning I wake up and 2/3rds of the game is gone
Watching test matches in Australia is fun.

I remember during covid was wfh.

I had requested a change in shift so to watch matches early in the morning and the biggest irony was that it as Australian client based in Perth.

Was great fun working and watching matches early morning.

Marsh wanna be Sachin so bad. Got out in the noughties in both tests

Kinda feel for Green how will he get into the side now

Need to have Imran Butt in the slip :p

Sleep Smarter! Schedule your sleep around the game! Go to sleep at 8 PM (wake up before the first ball)

Green is still young, he will be fine.
True. Hope they don't try him as opener and all though. I might say Marsh will soon be dropped for Green considering he's always been in and out of the side, but this seems like a transformed Mitch Marsh. Like he's never showed intent like this in previous test call-ups and back then he wasn't a beast batter in ODI and T20I either. So the change in confidence could change fortunes.
