Pakistan vs New zealand : 2 Test & 3 ODI: Dec 26, 2022 - Jan 13, 2023 at Karachi

Utterly baffling approach. They got 13 runs in the last 10 overs before tea, then after tea decided to go for the win. Shakeel was playing at a SR below 40, while Sarfraz was playing positively. What were they trying? It seems like they were waiting for tea to start scoring, what sense does it make to try to score quicker later in the inning, on a more worn pitch?

Shakeel looked visibly uncomfortable when asked to bat more aggressively after tea. Quite puzzling tactics honestly, Salman threw away his wicket trying to be aggressive too.

Macewell winning the game would be peak meme material.

This Abrar bloke has got half decent technique.

Why NZ wants draw when they just need one good ball?

It's clear that they took the review to waste the time.

I don’t think they did, that was just a desperate review from Southee as he knew this would have been the last over.

Why have they settled for a draw with only 3 overs remaining?

Naseem has the heart of a lion. Manage this kid properly lads!
Would have won it if the actual batters had bothered to get runs.
A winnable match thrown away.
