Ok the 4 A/R's are Bilal, Usy, Travder and Voldemort. Bilal is leaving and Usy should be chucked out the team. I would suggest to the other two that they should change to pure batsman/bowlers. I can see around 8 players that could be leaving for the next season...

sorry to butt in, but i did change to a pure bowler at the start of the season...

Why Me? - Part 2

- Recent Bowling Performances
- I can strengthen the Line-up by finding where our players play best. It might take a bit of Experimenting but each player must feel good and preform good at the spot in which they are playing in.
- I have previous managing experience. I have managed a top Battrick team named The Falcons who have beaten Zorax's team (TT Lions)

Battrick has nothing to do with Cricsim

Anyway treva, I've been busy, so I haven't been able to come on MSN often, but I will try today or tomorrow

If were judging by Battrick I should be captain over you, Ive beaten you more times than I care to remember now

Good to see that guys are willing to change to pure bowlers and batsman. That will make the team much stronger. I dunno how Bilal thinks about this but maybe in 1 of the games try and leave out all the A/R's and give the team a go with just pure players (if we have enough that is). Wether they are active or not, just to see how the performance goes...

We do need 1 or 2 all-rounders in the squad... LOL

Maybe a bowling allrounder (one) and a batting allrounder (one)

Bowling allrounder might play tests, batting allrounder will play ODIs

This seasion is a failure, Bilal, I suggest you hand down the captaincy to one of us for the remainder of the season so we can be prepared for the next season

yeah if anybody wants to than they can manage the team for the rest of the season as i am off on holiday anyways so might not be very active around here...treva and zmario, you two can work out whos gonna manage it...

Why do we need 1 or 2 A/R's? There aint any need if you can put out a squad of all pure players! It works much better in cricsim rather than in real life where you will need 1 A/R if possible...

Shouldn't we reset the poll. Maybe add another Candidate in there.

Zohaib, no offence to this because I'm sure you'd make just as good a captain as me and Zmario would. But if you were here before the poll was set and when we were discussing things then you would be also a candidate. I just think it's too late now after we have talked about it so much already...

But i would like to discuss the teams with everyone who is active in the agme before hand (If I am captain)

Yes, that seems fine, I think treva can take over from now until end of the season, and then just before next season begins, we can hold a new captaincy election were all candidates get a fair say.

Oh and by the way, I havent stepped down from VC, I shall be doing at the end of the season (currently 80/20 in favour of standing down) but I feel a fresh new approach is needed, despite my captaincy role this season so I shall still be treva's VC unless he states otherwise!

Come next season it might look something like this, with the gaps obviously being filled in! Im thinking, with my change to pure bat for next season, if we need an opener, I will be happy to fill in there, hence why ive put myself there.

Oh, and I thought of something - treva isn't a Pakistani (not being racist) but I think a Pakistani should be captain of the Pakistani Legends

By the way, as I see it now, the poll looks even...

Bilal and Briggs are just bits and pieces players, drop them, lets see our performance
