:eng: :ar: Stanley Jackson (20 caps)

Stanley Jackson was a dominant all-rounder at his best: in Test cricket his batting stood out as he finished with five centuries and an average of 48.79; in county cricket his bowling was the bigger factor as he took 774 first-class wickets at 20.37. The biggest thing about Jackson though was his steadfast refusal to play selfishly. His willingness to bat however and whenever his captain (usually Lord Hawke) asked definitely left a dent in his batting numbers.
