It should start updating once you put the disk in the ps4

u can cancel the patch update if you wish, but you will have the game without the day 1 patch though its 1.00 or 1.05 them are your choices

No you will have the disc version excluding day 1 patch, or you can choose to download 1.05 -- u need to cancel 1.05 when it starts to download (or pause it rather)... day 1 patch was 1.03 which you cannot choose to download

patch 1.05 is better than having the on-disc with no patch, i assure you.

Any news on next patch ai loosing so manny games as they don't take singles spoiling the fun.
Outfielders standing so much inside the rope costing me boundaries.
More work for YouTubers who are posting gameplay having to edit all shots from ai not taking singles.

That could be the case if you had modifications to your team - try going to the academy and deleting Vince/Stoneman/Malan to reset them to their on disk version - they all should have photo scans now.

I downloaded the counties from the academy, I'm guessing they reset their faces.

If you unlink them, the photo scanned faces come back.

Thanks, worked for Vince, Malan and Stoneman. However not Ben Foakes and also when I tried the same for Bancroft and Paine it didn’t work and now they don’t even show up in All Players

perhaps you should only have done it for the players he mentioned?

I'm genuinely interested if there is anyone out there who thinks their game improved by going from 1.03 to 1.05?
