Current fields cannot be deleted , new ones can be added.

Current fields already have varieties of presets including more fielders outside circle but still AI never uses them.Maybe i should try creating some clones of them.

Had a bit of a thought about the 'get best' problem. How about a 'Big Ant Recomends' option where all of the correctly linked teams are downloaded in one hit? All these teams would have their logos sorted so they didn't conflict with the game and player duplicates removed. I think this would help out new players and remove a lot of confusion.

I think an even better idea would be the ability for us users to curate custom team lists and share them on the academy, and have them voted on in the normal way.

I can give a workaround for this ...

I am playing career mode and I am an off spinner (Finger Spin).
I have created some custom fields for my county First class game. I used them when I bowl.
But to my surprise when I came to bat , the AI bowler who was bowling to me was also a finger spin bowler and AI was using the same fields which I have created.
So my point here is try to create some custom fields with Long Form , Medium Form, Short Form and to bowler type which you want Fast , Spin etc.
May be AI will choose the field one of them you created.
I have created few fields I don't think there is any field share option in DBC17, but I can upload it over here.

Thanks for the question mate, I will definitely try it and see if it fixes. But the AI batting still is very bad in T20s.

Believe me I am playing the Cricket Games since 16-18 years from BLC 99.

Till now I have not seen any game like this ...
I am satisfied till now with this game ...

I also agree that there are few more bugs and things to be improved.

We will encourage bigant and get the best out of them.

I would not want big ant to be another EA where they stop the production of cricket games ...

My friend told me that Ross mentioned somewhere that there will be a patch in February and usually patches come on Friday. Tomorrow is the last Friday for this month.

I agree...it does work...i have made some custom fields mid-career...and the AI uses my custom fields..

I have noticed that in t20s (since career mode is mostly t20s), the AI during powerplay uses only aggresive and balanced fields (short form) and after powerplay the AI only uses attacking and balanced fields (short form).. So basically i have created a lot of defensive fields and the labelled them as aggressive, balanced or attacking...Amazingly the AI uses my custom fields...though the AI also uses default fields...i know the default fields cannot be deleted but it would be nice if we could maybe lock some default fields so the AI does not use them...i dont know if its possible but its just a thought...

Probably tomato or brown. We should expect an update soon as this one will need to fix alot of problems and I don't think it'll be around soon, but then?
