Well, there is a lot of speculation regarding the format of this league and Chairman Rohit Doshi, has today finally announced the format of this league. This league will have a double round robin T20 competition and triple round robin One Day Domestic competition. The tournament will also feature a single 5 day unofficial test match in the support of test cricket. This years tournament will take place in South Africa.

PCPL XI team will be decided by the Chairman where the top 11 performers in the league (Performance + Activity) will be given chance to represent PCPL XI. Chairman Rohit Doshi said "I am very excited but there is atleast a week to go before this starts. We have International Auction remaining and it will atleast take a minimum of 1 week to complete before we start this"

Prathamesh Dongre the most reputed member in the leagues section over others is been in full demand by all three Franchise's but, its The Dragons who are winning at the moment.

Looks like Shubham Om has received a bid from The Mavericks which could mean that The Mavericks might just sign him.
