Well,I feel it's something made from scratch using some 3D modelling software and Photoshop.

Edit : It has been mentioned even in the wallpaper that it's a 3D work.

Just one thing, the wallpapers are all different sizes, in the future is it possible to add thumbnails instead as it will be quicker to view and take less time to load the webpage.
