PC also has the potential for extra modification, like adding in logos, sponsors, different bats, etc.

Buying both makes sense if you can afford to. A 2 month used console copy would make a good present...

yeah good point - I totally forgot about modding. Surely someone is going to 'pimp' DB14 with all sorts of new stuff. I don't have a choice (xbox died) but, with so many 2nd hand xbox's around the place that you can pick up for $50, its tempting to just get it and DB14 on xbox as well.
