Now what is PCFTP?

It's my big idea.

Currently looking at taking Australia, England, India, New Zealand, filling them with PlanetCricket players, and creating the PlanetCricket Future Tours Programme.

If you are running short of Pakistan played, how about filling the reminder of squad with national players with ratings edited like created players for batting and bowling skills? In this way, even if someone goes inactive - we might replace him with national player & if 80% of squad has national players, team is likely to be dissolved giving place for something like world XI containing mixed set of people.

Just an idea though.

Nah, I'm planning to leave them in for now, but I'm going to leave them out for future series and just stick with the four nations.

Looking at the squad, the ARs are actually flooded.

What do you suggest? Pick up 2 ARs and ask them to convert to batters? I am ready for such a conversion as so many ARs is just not to going to work. With so many people, Still Kohli and Dhawan occupy in batting postion - meaning, we can swap 2 ARs to pure batsmen firing those 2 INTL stars.

As a Captain I want to convert a players than i pick Omkar Chaitanya @Amazing Cricket to convert pure bowler... because we got plenty AR players in the camp and it is clear that he will bat at 9th or 10th position, and Suresh Ram @surendar already said he can convert to pure batsman, if he did than I can consider him in openers position... and last thing is team definitely need pure fast bowlers, in that section I suggest Sathish Kumar @sathishsky to convert AR to pure Fast Bowler... in that way he get my attention and some way he may end up in playing 11...

The Author, is there a time window still open for skillset conversions? Like AR to pure bat? If so, count me in as pure aggressive batter.

Reason being simple, too many AR and the team having INTL player despite tons of players is not looking good & team XI with too many AR is going to flop too.

This whole thing is based on a mis-representation in your squad post. A look at the index gives a more accurate view, and your squad is actually balanced already.
