I Also personally think is our 15 men squad is very much balanced and I don't want to change it... but in line-up minimum 1 or 2 pc member's must missed out regularly, that's why I suggested to few members to trun out pure fast bowlers or pure batsman... but overall as you said it will not effect Team performance or Team Balance and I am happy that we will do much better as Team as we are at present...

This whole thing is based on a mis-representation in your squad post. A look at the index gives a more accurate view, and your squad is actually balanced already.

That is the problem in Sohum's sim if too many ARs are there, they won't be fairly distributed/asked to bowl. Even in this case, Broad( pure bowler) just bowled 1 over.

However, if you have 2 ARs and remaining as specialists, I have observed the sim to use the bowlers in good way( atleast thats what I noticed in my story ).
