Street Cricket invites the Baker
Cricket Man, the cricketer-to-be who has been all over the news lately, has invited Mr. Tom Baker to a friendly cricket training sessions in the streets of suburban Detroit. "It'll be a fun way to prepare for the season" he said.

Sex God considers offer

Tom Baker has said he would consider that offer as long as he received a donation ;) and was able to bring his models along with him :)

Rugby Player Convert speaks on contempray issues.

Well I have been following closely the recent things in the 'PCPL'
My first point to make is that cricket is no place for a self proclaimed 'Sex God' But he is willing to have his views changed.

My second point is I am glad to see Cricket's Roots being accepted into the game.

Ollie Holden is a converted Cricket player after he played professional rugby from the age of 17 for 8 years in which be broke the points scoring record. He then moved to Cricket and is currently playing with the Merseyside Dynamos' but said he would be intrested in playing for the PCPL

Whitehornmatt has won the first franchise Dublin Destroyers!

I'll put up the next one now!

Just so people know my plans for this PCPL, and want to know how it will differ from CricSim PC League, here are a few pointers.

Firstly, each team is bought, so an investor becomes the owner, and can do with the team what he likes. The only thing he may not do is change its name.

Secondly, it brings a whole new player system were players can be bought, so if the owner is rich enough, he can buy a star studded squad. Also, like in football/soccer, it can mean teams have many jobs, such as a manager for the Owner, so the manager can buy players with an allocated sum of money the owner gives him.

Theres many other reasons, and i'll outline them as we go along, but i think its quite exciting to think how we can do this, it's like a game, on online forums :D

KX and FB bid as partners

Breaking news is that the 2 business tycoons of which one was looking to play as a player and had no intentions to get a franchise, have done a small bid on the Toronto Tanks. They may go for higher bids if needed.

Team owner announces forthcoming announcement
The PCPL's first franchise owner has announced that an announcement on his team is coming soon after short discussions with the league's owners.

Edmonds steps forward for selectoin

Following an announcement earlier today by owner of Dublin Destroyers, Mr.Edmonds has been said to have been interested in playing for such a decorated club. "Yes. Club is good, good is money" were the inspiring words he is reported to have made. PC Panthers and Downright Donkeys opening specialist batsmen has barely missed any games for his representatives and is always first arriving at the training groun and other events. Maybe a small measly fee will be required but his agent said that he is open to negotiations and offers.

Cricketman slams hundred
In blistering conditions of snow and frigid temperatures, street cricket's extraordinary Allrounder Cricketman slammed a hundred off just 54 deliveries.
In a T20 game against This Side of The Street vs The Other Side of The Street, Cricketman smashed TSOTS to 262/7 in the alloted time period, the highest score in T20 Street. He amassed an individual score of 123*.
"Hopefully this will get me recognition from the selectors for the upcoming PCPL" he said.

On his inclusion into the Downright Donkeys side, he stated "Its an honor to play with the Ass's. I hope I can do the very best for my team, If they can squeeze me into the XI! ;)"
