Can someone tell me what is happening here?

There were exactly 32 players in the auctions, which means 4 for each team. Now VV have only bought 2, so there's another 2 for us. But Beijing are bidding on 2, SS on 1, and HH on another 2! That makes it 6 in demand but 5 in supply?
