This is only the second time I have seen him play but indeed he does. It looks like India have a fantastically talented player to look forward to in the future. I heard in the commentary that he is averaging 40+ in First Class cricket as well so he obviously has a very promising cricket career ahead of him at the age of only 19.

Yes he really is a great tallent he stays and baleout in the crunch situation. I personally feel he is just the answer for for Team India's no 4 batsmen concern...

what a knock by pujara, did his best to win the match for RR Punjab:p
great hitting by miller and maxwell

Well I was in KXIP's side but all punjabis can feel saddest emotion of losing after standing 191... Just watch Watson't face.
@Sahil 7 Pujara was truly nightmare for RR that he easily rotated the strike to a killer. Only few ones can do that. Well played.

Another high score winning (chasing) for Punjab... but there bowling need to be improved...

For one team to go all the way it needs a combined effort and if Kings want to they definately want their bowlers and indian batting lot to perform.. Mitchi and balaji did well today they were the sole reason to keep RR below 200 their good 2 overs back end prevented them from further damage...

RCB and Punjab are going great guns so far this tournament. RCB is winning it with ease, Punjab is chasing it big with ease! MI, the last year champions, have imploded so far twice. The rest are blowing hot and cold (CSK should have won it against Punjab; they dropped the game due to their dropped catches). I still think CSK has a firepower opening combination with McCullum and Smith. I would drop Du Plessis and bring in an overseas fast bowler like Hilfy or Henry. And for god's sake, we don't need guys like Negi who is very similar to Jadeja.

Now to see if the initial toppers can sustain their form.

Akshar Patel, S Yadav (KKR), Samson, Mayank Agarwal, Manish Pandey, Jaydev Unadkat, Yuzvendra Chahal & D Kulkarni. India got some serious talent for future. Funny how there has only been 2 seam bowlers there, they actually bowled good length. I don't need to talk about the batsman as every one knows about the talent India produces every day. Spin bowling is awesome though! Patel keeping the rate on 5 per over is amazing on such a small ground and Chahal, don't know much about him, just heard stuff.
Sweet victory for Punjab there, anyways Pujara was the main player that provided the win for us today, he was being sensible and gave strike to the big hitters, and plus his 1's and 2's are what actually important for us this season, his consistency is what actually could get us the games when our big guns fail.
Mumbai will do a Delhi this season, to me Rohit Sharma is going to get too much of pressure in him, the one main problem to that is Rohit's batting position. He had a great world cup and still gives Tare the opening bat, even though he could be there like Gurkerat Mann bringing up big knocks at late stages.

Tbh , Puj played a vital knock yesterday. Yes , he did not play with a 200+ strike rate , but he took the singles well and the occassional boundary. Maxwell and Miller combo is great for the last 5 overs , but for 15 overs ? No , it wont work out. They need an anchor to play with the guy who goes "bam bam bam".

I do not understand why DK is letting Vijay bowl and not Manoj. If I'm not wrong , Manoj took 4 wickets in an ODI against Sri Lanka.

Well, its been boring days in cricket with IPL around. Just cant wait for IPL to end and we go to England for another 5-0 whitewash. Watching that whitewash is still better. With DBC14 its good I am not starved of cricketing action :p

What a waste of time watching match. Pretty one sided.:facepalm

Yes there have been 2 good matches rest all have been boring. I just do not see why a team would pay 12 crore INR for Dinesh Kartick and why even pick KP when he is going to be out injured. So much hype around him and well he is warming the benches

Csk's biggest win in IPL.:D
