Last time cricket gear was mentioned but was not given, so this may be an eye opener for those who have an eye on that.

I have a MRF bat and Dukes ball both autographed by Brian Lara in my room so I'm not sure where you got that idea from! (and no I didn't take all the gear myself...)

In the nominations thread you just nominate a member, so basically you choose a member you want to enter that category. Later on when the final nominees are decided the voting process starts and there you vote for one of the nominees. After that the votes are counted and the one with the most votes gets the prize.

It's a real ball and I can't see codemasters or any company handing out free bats. If they did the quality would be so poor you wouldn't want to use them.
I don't know exactly what they are offering us this year but obviously I'll let you all know when I do.

Yes, it can. The gear required to play cricket with. A ball is pretty high on the list imo.
