I dont think he ever stated that in the thread here about the rule. He should have posted that in a new post. Not everyone is aware of that rule. It was implied from the poll that there will be none. I think there is no 19 year old in the both teams in Chewie's match. We should relax that rule either for this round or start the tourney next week
