Player Editor

I feel completely thick. I have been trying to install the player editor for the last hour. When I try to "open" file the message "First Set the path for Cricket 2004 directory". I broswe the relevant folders but it wont open my roster.pak. I have reset my computer and downloaded the zip file again, but I am still lost. PLEASE HELP !!!

default path for the game should be C:\Program Files\EA Sports\Cricket 2004...follow that path and you should be set to go

well set the path means that where is yr cricket2004 present like my present in e:\cricket 2004

..just downloaded the .dll file and instaled it, player editor is up and running and looking AWESOME!

cant get it work, i have read the forum and cant find any solution when i select open and browse every forlder it doesn't work, i have tried going program files/easports/cricket2004... and mydocuments/easports/cricket2004... and many more and the reply i continuesly gets is 'WRONG PATH'.

It's spelt defensive!!

mine is not working it says that MSSTDFMT.DLL that u need this file can u plzz help me

got it working!!

START - RUN - type "regsvr32.exe msstdfmt.dll"

and it should work, after downloading it of course.

vibs, see this comment from waugh_machine. He had the same problem and solved it using ^. It might help things to work for you too.

Seems like the editor requires that file, you can dowload msstdfmt.dll from herehttp://www.planetcricket.org/prakash/msstdfmt.exe
