In PS3, games will be real-like

For example: If I create a jungle, I don't want to create a fake jungle (Which only looks like a real jungle but doesn't acts like one). I would plant a tree, put a life-form in there, life program in there, so that in the game, when you water the plant, it will grow. If you don't water the plant, it will die.

No it's not confrimed, from the past history-

Playstation 1 in 1994 - $368

Playstation 2 in 2000 - $368

This is the price which gamespot expects it to have and also Sony said it will be under $370's
