He might have said that, but usually lie detectors have much greater range of things to investigate than that. They can take any statement and check it (unless it says that so and so is mafia/town)
I think p# is cult tbh. Either him or BKB. Considering Mew is the first pokemon, he could very well be team ancient aligned. But I'm going for Vedarshi/AfridiRulez because I believe they are the last mafia who is more important to get.

I am Mew, MaD. Dont be a fool into thinking I can actually make a roleclaim, when I cannot even be sure about which characters should be in the game..
I am getting more and more suspicious of Chewie, he seems to be trying to find anyone who he can conjure up as mafia...
Also I wouldnt role out Zorax as a complete townie. He doesnt seem mafia, but could turn out to be cult, which would explain why Smurf was so aggresive to get him out. Although this discussion is for another day.
2 lynches required for Chewie. Should we go for it? I think I will wait for what Zorax thinks.

I srsly wish I could be more helpful atm. Workload is pwning me.
Afridirulez was first to lynch Aditya it seems. Still, I don't trust him. I've seen a couple of games in the past where Mafia members were the first to initiate a lynch on their teammates, to draw suspicion away from themselves in the future. I think we even did that here in one of the past Mafia games...Lost I guess?
However the general tactic is to lead lynch and then withdraw, not actually follow through, unlike what happened here. It's just supposed to be something so that you can refer to at the end of the game 'look what I did, I tried to lead lynch on a guy who turned out to be mafia, I can't be mafia!' and not actually kill the guy.
So not sure. But I have a strong hunch on Afridirulez being anti-town, if not Mafia than defo cult.
Chewie...gah, he's a good player, hard to read atm. But hasn't done enough to warrant suspicion.
I buy the Charizard mad-cop theory. Would fit perfectly with Arcanine being the sane cop. Heck, it's brilliant really. Best way to screw the town over. And Bulbasaur coming up anti-town...sounds like mad cop to me (although that was before you evolved, but still). No way on Earth does Bulbasaur ever come up even remotely anti-town in the shows, would be the most bizarre choice for a Miller character ever.
Vedarshi and Afridirulez are giving me the strongest anti-town vibes at the moment. Even Vedarshi's defence is weak. He accepts he's a bad townie player and is coming outright saying 'go ahead, lynch me, it'll prove I'm good'. We've seen mafia do that so many times in the past, issuing ultimatums to scare off people from lynching him. And if he's accepted he's a poor townie player then surely we're better off without him even if he's town? He's backed out on lynching mafia twice...what if he does it again at such a critical stage of the game?
The only reason he's alive is that he's either a) Mafia or b) Kept alive by the mafia cause he's rubbish. In both cases he's a lose-lose for us.
P# is another who strikes me as cult, simply by the Steelix thing. It's weird to have a 2nd gen pokemon in this game, and he's the only one. He might actually be town, but not fully certain.
P_Squared has essentially proved himself townie, IMO. And is our most vital player. I like to believe MaD is actually town, I've played alongside him in the past and sense he's actually town now -he gets more panicky and defensive when mafia- but think he's the mad cop due to Arcanine. Although Arcanine might have been Vig...I think he was a Cop with a one-shot kill. Yudi was playing really well -I think he spotted out Sim and Aditya earlier than any of us- might be down to being a cop. Or tracker. And with a lie detector present too...mad cop works.
BKB as Mew...he could be playing a cunning game by repeatedly stating he knows nothing about Pokemon...and I find his bold claim that there is defo a Mewtwo in this game very very interesting.
Better safe than sorry at this stage IMO. Afridirulez and Vedarshi...Spoobir probs died hiding behind one of them both.
So I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say...
Lynch: Afridirulez
I hope I don't regret this.

Oh, and if I may add...my suggestion would be Afridirulez, Vedarshi, Chewie. Afridirulez feels like Defo cult to me, and then Vedarshi is more useless as a townie than Chewie, so we kill Vedarshi and if he comes up town we then kill Chewie. Cause Vedarshi has been giving me worse vibes. True that it may be cause he's a n00b...but that just links back to killing him cause he's potentially more harmful to the town at this stage as he can be more easily manipulated (as shown by unlynching Smurf and Aditya).
I think we're close to a townie win here...lets see how it goes.

Also interesting to note - both Yudi and MaD probably had investigative roles, yet were pushing people for roleclaims early in the game. Interesting to say the least. Something to keep in mind for when you play mafia with them in the future
