Personally, I believe that MaD is the cop, and I turned up pro-mafia for the reasons I have set out before. They're the only explanations that make sense.

I am suspicious of both AfridiRulez and Vedarshi, but AfridiRulez is the one who I have had suspicions on for quite a while, and so I lynched him. Going back over Vedarshi's posts made me see that he had actually unlynched Simsanta and Papa Smurf soon before they were pronounced mafia and that made me change to Vedarshi.

With Vedarshi, as I think Zorax mentioned, the mafia may have fake role claims that appear to be valid on the surface but are not really. This could be why Aditya and Simsanta had pretty good role claims that were defeated on the specifics. We have no idea what his actual role is.

I don't want to be no sacrificial lamb Mafia is all about surviving, and I don't want to die just to help the town, because that doesn't help me at all. Doing the killing one person to find out info about another person is really just a waste of a day. Especially at the end of the game - at the start you can afford to do that, but near the endgame you really need to lynch someone you're pretty sure is mafia. This is another reason why I've switched to Vedarshi.

Why we are lynching Vedarshi is beyond me. He hasn't done anything to help the town, he was the first one to character claim, then his character was correct, then he came up anti-mafia. His lynches have been suspicious but maybe he's just played a bad game?

I still believe MaD, and my lynch on Chewie stays.

this really is horrible town play.i agree ive unlynched two mafia right at the end,but i thought that they were telling the truth.i blame that on inexperience.

Yes, it's Mafia 101 - if you are a mafia member, you lynch your own mafia mates when they are going down to avoid suspicion on yourself.

Mafia can communicate with each other and apparently you sucked last game, so very easy they could have told you what to do. Especially given a guy like Papa_Smurf was Mafia and I think he's a decent player.

On the other hand, n00b Mafia members might not understand what to do and thus unlynch or lynch at the wrong times and provide poor reasoning behind what they do. Hence my suspicion on MaD and Vedarshi.

So basically, yea, who you lynched/unlynched is not at all a good indicator. It's more to do with the reasons you provide and how you defend yourself/attack others. It's those subtle signs that reveal more. And you're giving me bad vibes. You and Vedarshi. And MaD did to an extent, but apparently he's Cop so that kinda explains his shady behaviour; avoiding attention.

I was the 3rd (out of 9) one to lynch Papa_Smurf, 1st one to be suspicious of Aditya, (5th out of 8th to lynch), and 2nd (out of 5) to lynch simsanta.

I didn't lynch the mafia right when they were going down!

Their role-claims were horrible and suspicious and that's why we lynched them.

Are you saying Varun gave them fake character's to claim, and they come up true when the Lie Detector "detects" them?

Their role claims were pretty good, but there were small things that didn't make sense which made us realise they weren't true. That's the idea Zorax put forward, not me. I'm just saying it's possible.

Vedarshi, inexperience means nothing at all. In Simpsons mafia we let Varun keep on going because of his inexperience, and he nearly won it for the mafia.

And if you turn out to be town, then that's just a mistake on my part, but it doesn't mean at all that I'm mafia. It just means that my other hunch for why I turn up pro-mafia is true - that because I took the shape of the person who targets me, I look enough like them to be mistaken as them

Vedarshi I don't believe for one second that you're vanilla townie. Everyone has had a role so far, even if it is a small one.

There is still a point, but their role has reduced power. There are still numerous things that a lie detector can investigate
