Poor Marketing/Release on PS4/xbox1?

What on earth are you talking about? It's a certain draw with a hundred for Smith in his last test. Even if you won it you would be miles off first place.

I'm hoping we take the number 1 spot by beating Bangladesh in Darwin in front of 250 locals or something equally as epic.

We will have beaten the number 1 team at home though after the next 2 days after a 5-0 white wash of England , so I think that indicates how the boys *cough* Johnson *cough* are going...

Where has the assumption of a win come from? You need to both add another 200 runs and bowl out the best batting side in the world in 2 days, which includes the best cricketer and two best batsmen in world cricket, as well as the captain playing his last test match.

My money's on a surprise South Africa win, although I've been wrong before. So, so many times (I cringe at my Ashes posts from December)

Quality matters for a game,And about marketing they are already on world's largest cricket games forum-Planetcricket,Indian Video Gamer,Their own official forum, having world tours, finding more and more distributers....Now what you want them to do,Go at your house doorsteps and beg you to buy their game...

Don't worry, over the next few weeks you will be watching enough of us batting to make the wait for DBC14 easier. You'll also be thinking what you could have done differently if it was you in place of Australia after they crash to a 3-2 defeat.

I will graciously(ish) accept that Australia are better than England, but only on one type of wicket. The ones at the Gabba or Perth. Adelaide has been a freak caused by lack of confidence and the batsmen were mentally shot. But, as you said, we shall see.

Don't worry. There are still over 2 days to go for us to stage a dramatic comeback and set up a series win.

Good idea to wait until after England's inspirational rearguard action.

I'm sorry.. I couldn't help myself..

England are on a 1 game winning "streak". Cut him some slack.

Ross has said before that 0.01% of the people who will buy the game are on here. That's probably about the same or less for IVG and their forum. The world tour and distributors are for the benefit of the retailers.

There's probably going to be a lot of advertising in the few weeks and I'm not worried at all, but until then you shouldn't mistake talking to a few people on forums as well as the retailers as marketing or advertising the game.

Take them away. Please.

I really was talking shit. Ah well, two World Wars and one World Cup? 30 more medals at the Olympics? One more World T20 than you? A longer unbeaten streak in cricket currently?

Sod it.

You lost. [/EndOf]

Haha I lost at what? Some people including you are looking like a ------ because you keep supporting the pathetic publishing strategy of BigAnt when the time is going by without any announcement of the release date. Are you that dumb to understand that time is passing by and still no release date is announced? Damn now I understand why a psychology major exists because there are some people who need serious help understanding a simple point. When you have the release date to show only then talk. Otherwise your argument makes no sense. I don't have to say I am right because the situation the game is in in terms of its release, its already showing its sloppiness. You cannot fight the fact that the game is planned to release this month and no release date is known. Get that in your head as fast as you can (but I doubt you are capable of that looking at you past posts :facepalm)

I thought you weren't posting anymore? You lose again. *fail horn*

Well I just can't help seeing you in a bad state of mind.

p.s. you might want to change "this guy gets it" because the situation is exactly the opposite at the moment.

...annnywho...

when does an amount of money become large enough that you have to hand it in?

Never. It's mine... mine... ALL MINE... Mwahahahahaha

Is cricket an addiction when you spend more than half of your free time adjusting your all time XI's and reading about unknown cricketers from all eras?

Depends on whether or not you're doing all that in just your pants, t-shirt and a half-eaten packet of oreos...

When was the last time you were happy to be in the position your are at in life?

Right now, every time I wake up...

Can you please address these points in a mature, coherent manner. So far you have overlooked them.

- Tru Blu are sticking with this strategy because it has worked for them in the past, specifically with successful AFL and Rugby League titles
- Tru Blu are publishing a relatively 'niche' title as they have in the past. They don't have the budget, nor the resources to employ an extended marketing/promotional campaign. Had you followed their previous releases (as I have), you would know this is not our of the norm. It works for them. It isn't broken so they aren't fixing it.
