So how to host co op matches in online

Do the same for a normal online game, only in the setup list you see and option for vs AI, say YES to that then invite your friend, then youwill both play on same team vs AI -- that is co-op

yes.... but only on 2 consoles.... so 2 people must be on one console vs the other two people on another console... all should be signed into their PSN account otherwise all player names will be censored.

Apologies if this is written in the mix somewhere but am I right in saying that if I'm batting I can see my batsman's confidence and stamina?

How???

Is it right that you're stamina goes up 3% if you leave the ball?

If so, do you just leave it or actually have to press the leave button?

Often when I try to stop the ball on the boundary the fielder's leg touches the rope and costs me runs.

Anybody got any great tips on stopping this?

i thinkits when you hit the options button the menu comes up and then under the batter you will see confidence and stamina

you have to press the leave button to get between a 1-3% increase is stamina, blocking will get you a small increase in stamina and not running, standing at the non strikers end as well, but of course will take much longer [DOUBLEPOST=1492950309][/DOUBLEPOST]

This is very annoying yes, as far as I can see this cannot be stopped when he is sliding, you do know that when close to the boundary you can hit triangle (ps4) and the fielder will attempt to tap it back to another fielder before hitting the ropes himself...

Press up on d-pad and you will see batsmen's stamina and confidence. And yes the stamina does go up anywhere from 1 to 3% for each leave.

Hi guys,

I'm planning to buy this game tomorrow but have a few concerns after reading tons of bad reviews.

Are batting and bowling really worse than DBC'14 like most user-reviews are saying? They claim that there are no 360 degree shots; cover drives are almost non-existent, and other similar gameplay related issues plague the game.

I understand that the graphics and commentary may not be as good, and the UI may suck, I'm more interested in hardcore cricket gameplay that I can enjoy. Can anyone please highlight a few gameplay related issues (bowling and batting) that are still in the game or fixed with patches that I shouldn't pay any attention to?

Hi there,

I never played 14 so I can't compare the two, but I really enjoy pace bowling in 17. I haven't done too much with spinners so far so can't comment. Shot range is now 360 degree as far as I can tell - this was fixed in patch 3 some time around Feb.

I play mostly career and love it. Others that play more online are experience some bugs, some of them major, that are outlined in other areas of the site. There are issues with the field placements not working properly, again I play career though and am not captain so it doesn't really bother me at this point. The other thing that seems to be incorrect is the player stats/averages. Once again, in my own career, I haven't noticed it - my averages seem to be about right from what I can tell, and having not made International level yet, the International/First Class split hasn't had an impact on my enjoyment like it has with others.

There is also a fairly major patch 4 coming "end of April" according to the official communications from Big Ant - it might arrive later than this though - which will hopefully fix a lot more of the issues people are experiencing.

My advice, if you want a fun, casual yet semi-realistic cricket experience buy it now. If you want a full on cricket sim or intend to play mostly online - wait until patch 4 comes out and read the comments here to see what has been fixed and what issues are still outstanding.
