Well, I do them using Adobe Photoshop. I am in no mood to explain in detail, though you can check the first post to see the tutorial I made when I was a beginner. You'll get an idea of it.

I can't devote an hour to do a request, can I? If the five minute job works good for those who want them, I am pleased to do them. Though, I do tend to mix things up when I have time.
