I hope Dravid does really, really well. Too many critics of him off late, and how dare does Mr. Bangalore get dropped from the Bangalore team?! Cmon Rahul, show them what your made of!
I have a strange feeling that Dravid will be in the top 3 run scores in this edition of IPL!
Oram to replace Collingwood in the team
IPL 2011: Jacob Oram takes injured Paul Collingwood's IPL place | Cricket News | Indian Premier League 2011 | ESPN Cricinfo
smart move, their bowling will be boosted now while oram's late order hitting will be handy.
Taking into consideration the national duties of all players , my XI going into their first game would be :
Asnodkar
Rahane
Dravid +
Taylor
Fazal
Oram (replacement for the injured Collingwood) (4)
Binny (6)
Warne (3)
Doshi (5)
Tait (1)
Trivedi (2)
Is it fair to say these guys are the weakest team? Out of Haarithan's XI I've only hear of 5 of those guys, 4 of them being the overseas players Seem to have pretty good overseas players but no big name locals.

You are highly mistaken. Just because they haven't made it to the national side they aren't well known. Guys like Asnodkar, Rahane, Fazal, Trivedi, Chahar are immensely talented.Seem to have pretty good overseas players but no big name locals.

Asnodkar is seriously good and Faiz Fazal certainly has been instrumental in many victories of Rajasthan. He has been a silent star.Asnodkar & Fazal suck no matter what the format is !
Say what ?? Fazal , Asnodkar , Rahane are not good for the game of t20 . Rahane is a classy talent in the longer formats of the game but definitely not one to look upon for t20s . Asnodkar & Fazal suck no matter what the format is !
