We were doing baseball and I hit a home run the fielding was crap but it was a good hit

We were just having a knock around on the school field, It was a big hit with quick running

Then its not a home run lol, its an inside the park homerun if you hit it and ran the bases while someone fielded it. If you hit it out of the park its a homerun and then you can merrily stroll around the bases.

Bring it up with my PE teacher, he called it a HR so that's what it stands!
