@Mark - ASN is Additional Support Needs. Early isn't a particular preference; just what the job that came up was.

ah we call that Special Ed here and I plan on getting certified for that as well. You pretty much have to since nowadays they are integrating those kids into regular classrooms here. To everyones detriment unfortunately.
