Random Thoughts

Woohooo , my third semester marks were finally launched this afternoon and guess what , i have managed a PASS grade in all 9 subjects boasting a GPA of 7.9 , something i thought was close to impossible (i rated that GPA equal to Liverpool making the top 4 by the end of the season , it was that miraculous) . Big relief more than anything else , i love you MATHSY (managed an A grade in that)

Finished my research paper at a whopping 45 pages... studying for my AP USA government and politics exam tomorrow. Got like 70 court cases to memorize. ARghadlgjsagdlskgjas;dgsdgasdgasd

well done.

last night I won 4930 dollars playing poker. I need to revise, but winning that much money makes me think "swerve that, I'll drop out of uni and become a pro poker player."

haha $4000 is nothing in the real world though. Stay in school

yeah I know, but I can't help but think of the possibilities. Also it is 12 months rent.

you simply wouldn't believe some of the hands I got late on in the tourney.

Short handed as it was the final tbale bubble. Guy raises early position and I bet pretty light (KQ)

he flat.

flop comes Axx. He checks, I put him all in, he calls. He has a9. Turn king, river king. Boooooooom. I felt bad for the guy but he misplayed the hand horribly. no worse aces in my range at all.

then at the final table I had a chip lead. Guy raised, i flat called jacks in position/ queen high flop. I call the flop and turn, then a jack comes on the river. he bets, I out him all in and he calls. He has qj. one outers ftw.

But in about 800 hands they are the only two I can remember getting luck when miles behind, the rest of my luck was simply holding when ahead.

Had a delightful 2 hour general studies exam today. I can't believe after all that I won't even get anything out of it.

Finals week(s) can go jump off a cliff. i've gotten like 2 hours of sleep in the last 4 days, my biggest exam is yet to come (friday) and I haven't even looked at the material yet.

Keep getting pounded with more and more work. Can't wait to be done with this semester, let alone high school. what a waste of time.

All you do is complain. I'm beginning to think you're lying just so it seems like you have a ton of work to do. High school was a lot more enjoyable than you're making it seem.

Yeah you sound like the American Girls at my school! None of the yanks complain as much as you do as they tell me it's all about the SAT's. :thumbs

Cricketman, chill out dude. Every one goes through this rough patch during their study years. Its all going to be over soon. You are taking it a bit too serious IMHO.

Indeed, Rohit. You sound like a normal Indian 9th/10th grader which is ridiculous since you live in USA.
