Urm, Rohit is a massive emo? :p

In more upbeat news my course co-ordinator/tutor told me today he has never seen someone with so much ability coast along like I do and still get such good marks (I just got 85% for an essay which makes up 40% of my grade for the year ;)) I told him it took years of practice, which didn't impress him too much :p

lol I'm with Rohit cause I know the pressures he is going through. Doing well on his AP tests means he won't have to take many classes in college. If he does well enough he could even shave an entire year off college and that means almost 30-40k.

I bundled up my AP tests and I know through hindsight how important they can be. Stick to it Rohit! you can chill out once you get to college

speaking of exams, results are out after 2 months of waiting and i'm happy with them. :)

I'm not going to check mine until they come out in the mail, I'd rather enjoy a few more days of holidays without knowing them. ;)

they tell you straight away when you log in if you got N,A,M,E overall which is better than counting the credits yourself.

Yeah, I just don't want to know now.

I'm already 90% sure I got Merit anyway, which is what I got for both level one and two.

In both level one and two I was in the 40's in terms of E credits, so I wouldn't be surprised if I just missed out on Excellence again.

All you do is complain. I'm beginning to think you're lying just so it seems like you have a ton of work to do. High school was a lot more enjoyable than you're making it seem.

Wish I was. It's not really the content but the extra stuff that i'm involved in (Research especially). Now that it is my senior year, I guess it should be OK for me to slack but I can't bring myself to. I guess it's the genes :p

I wouldn't call it enjoyable. Small town + Indian parents + accelerated/magnet school is not enjoyable in the slightest. My sis who is doing medicine said that her undergraduate in human bio was a breeze compared to dealing with the crazy teachers at my school.

Chem final day after, not stressing as I can get a 70% and still get an A in the class. Also have to rap, of all things a brown kid can do, parts of the constitution and the judicial system (due process, judicial review, blahbittyblah) in a music video this weekend. That will be interesting :p

Indeed, Rohit. You sound like a normal Indian 9th/10th grader which is ridiculous since you live in USA.

Lol, what do you think going to school in America is? Much different from India because you not only have to study but juggle sports, clubs, ECs, and a social life here. it's finals week, this is the only place I can vent! :p

Yep. Getting a 5 on the AP Chem test alone will save me 1 whole year of college, that is close to $30k. The research stuff i'm doing, if I take it to a competition (which I doubt I will as the results were shite) can possibly net me 2-3k a year too, if place in the top 3. All adds up...

Trust me, I did the IB (let's just say it's the equivalent of the AP) and I have a whole year already knocked off but I was never this emo. Rohit needs some alcohol in his system :p.

Random question. Who would agree to being a male nanny if you got $600/month as an undergraduate student?
