I had all my coursemates over for the evening to get ready for a night out. Is it fair the fact I left this all on the kitchen table to tidy tomorrow?

Outrageous mate. Every right to go mental. Even my clean freak housemate wouldn't do this to me. Mainly because I'd pick it up and chuck it outside her room, but that's not the point.

We must have made a similar mess when I was up? What with all that beer we ended up spilling all over the table, haha.

You can't fault Zyzz on his effort, but his DNP cycle absolutely killed it - that crap is poison. He took it too far with that cycle. He was fricken' perfect before when he was only doing like clen' and tren' but he started/finished his bulking cycle and the climate of Thailand got to him in the end.

When half the arab population rocks up at your gym and can suddenly bench with massive gains, you'll naturally start to know from their showboating. You should've seen Zyzz's initial dosage that he was going to run aha. Fact is the accumulative effect of anabolic steroids is negative for anyone.

Should check out his mate Supaturk, ???? gloats about the gear he runs openly - he's such a disgrace. Can't wait for when he attempts to get off of it and complains that his nuts have caved in.
