PS3: Ranji Trophy Competition | Punjab Warriors (Kushari) WIN THE LEAGUE

@valerian140 bring it on. JH players are looking forward to create another upset in Ranji Tournament. Let me know when can we start? I am ready to play you now. I may not be available during Match-day-5 (Not sure yet), so I will appreciate if we can start and finish our match by 21st June. After that my schedules are not clear, I may have to travel during that period.

I will be available in an hour. Then we can start out game. Looking forward to facing your players. However Mumbai players are also looking to avenge the previous loss and will be raring to go. :)

Team tables

Royal Bengal Tiger's exit from the tournament has caused some rejigging of the scores at the top. Punjab Warrior's match against RBT has been annulled by the Organising Committee.

However, PW are still top of the table having played 2 and won 2, with 14 points in total. They are followed by BXI, who have 13 points from 2 games.

TSL & JH have both won their first games of the tournament, and are fighting with DDC & MS for second spot. All four teams are equal on 6 points apiece.

Batting Tables

(Orange cells are the top 10 scores in the tournament)

PW are leading the pack with Yuvraj Singh and Kevin Pietersen (Orange Cap) topping the batting charts. Sehwag rounds up the top 3, but having played 4 more innings than Singh and Pietersen, his average (23.00) is much lower than the likes of Younis Khan (64.50), Parthiv Patel (58.50), and others.

Munaf Patel overtakes Saeed Ajmal with the most number of not outs at 5.

Pietersen's 241 vs JH is still the highest individual score of the tournament.

Bowling Tables

Sir Venkat and Munafbhai!

Venkatraghavan is dominating this chart after his fantastic displays against DDC and JH. He picked up 16 wickets in one match against DDC, helping TSL win that match by just 4 runs!

Dale Steyn is knocked off the charts after PW's match with RBT was annulled. This means Munafbhai Patel is close on Sir Venkat's heels with 23 wickets. Patel has been the mainstay of the JH bowling lineup, having sent down a record 61.5 overs in the tournament.

Dale Steyn follows at number 3 with 22 wickets. Steyn still has the best bowling average (4.09), better than Venkatraghavan (6.63).

At the other end of that chart, TSL's James Anderson has the worst economy rate of the tournament, going at a costly 10.13 runs for each of his 8 overs bowled.

Man of the Match

Sir Venkat is easily taking over this table. His displays against DDC & JH have earned him 2 MoM awards.

Yes this is the correct schedule. I will finish my match with Mumbai Scorpions by the present Match Day

So the only change is JH vs MS should be matchday 4 and not matchday 5?

Yes, and it will save MS the hassle of playing 02 Matches on Last Match Day.
