Check it once in other pc which runs win 10. If you are using 32 bit then check it on other pc which is 64 bit.

That makes clear whether it is a "bit" issue or something else.

I can Build with .netFramework Comaptibility now.
I can build with with 32/64 Compatibility but i need to Use 25$ from my pocket
